let's play restaurant.

one of the cousins' camp activities was letting the kids take lunch orders for the adults.they felt very official with their clipboards and aprons.

checking boxes made it easier for some of the younger kiddos.

it was a highly inefficient and totally fun way to have lunch.

they took their jobs very seriously and eventually we got fed!!
And it was delicious!

Very fun. I love all of the drink choices. I didn't see "Sweet Tea!" :)

How fun! Did your mom come up with all these ideas and plan all the activities? If so, I guess we can see where you guys get your creativity from!

My sister and I used to play "Restaurant" when we were little too. We didn't have a uniform like those great aprons though! And we just used the little hand-sized spiral notebooks. Fun!

Cute idea...i only see one choice for lunch though. If someone didn't want chicken salad sandwiches, were they just out of luck?? :)

Did the girls get any tips from you?

yeah, chicken salad was pretty much the only option. although we ended up bbq-ing some hot dogs for the kiddos.

my mom thought of so many fun activities for the kids. she had a blast!
