Lisa, I've always been amazed at how quickly you have responded to my emails regarding jewelry and how quickly I've received your products in the mail. Your customer service has always been exceptional in my experience and several people I've referred you to has said the same thing!
Just received my earrings and love them again! :) It's Carolina Mama and I am the one who lost one after wearing them maybe once. So now I have a complete pair and a spare. ;) They made it all the way to the Carolinas fine from California. ;) Thanks much.
I just received my daddy keychain yesterday!! It is adorable. I was the one that asked for a longer name then she normally allows and she did it! Thank you Lisa. I just love it and can't wait to give it to Daddy. Too bad I discovered you after mother's day because I want something now!!!

I ordered 2 necklaces on Monday during the CFF benefit and rec'd them today! I think that is great service! I also e-mailed you a question and rec'd an answer within a couple of hours! My experience was a wonderful one & I will be back to buy more! Kristi
My great- niece and nephew's names are Ashlynn and Jeremy, so is this piece for a customer? Because I was thinking it might be my niece who ordered it, and that would be pretty awesome. I think your jewelry is awesome, and I wouldn't worry about those people commenting because obviously you've got a huge amount of people who love you and your work and even though we'd like to please everyone, sometimes its not possible! But I love your responses and your effort! Keep it up!

My twin sister has a child five months older than mine and also fell in love with the necklace and wished she had one as well. The week of mothers day May 2009 her husband ordered one of your necklaces off of your website to surprise her knowing she would love it! I happily gave him a 'tellafriend' 10% off checkout code which I received with my gift that he used with his purchase. It is now July and they have yet to receive the necklace or any notice of a back order or problem of any kind! They have also tried calling your business phone and sent many emails concerning this with NO response! They also have a bank statement showing that their card was charged for the necklace purchased from your website lisaleonardonline.com I am not happy about the service or lack of that they have received and feel sort of responsible since I recommended your designs to them. I sent you an email to ask if there is any way you can respond and sort out the problem so that they can finally receive their merchandise that they have paid you for or get a refund? Thanks, Rebekah
