between friends passing through town, making jewelry and attempting to keep the house halfway decent i am having a hard time finding balance. oh yeah, and being a mom to two active boys!! we've been running late to pretty much everything lately and we're all a little sleep deprived. (could it be those all-nighters i've pulling trying to catch up?!) i think they call this burning the candle at both end...but it's all so much fun! how do you find balance with everything life demands?!
ps--looks like matty has a new girlfriend!

Wow, you do have a lot going on. How do you do it? Maybe you could train Matthias to make jewelry. Then it could become a family business. Hang in there with all your stuff.

This post is interesting to me because since I stumbled on your blog, I have always admired how you seem to have balance in your life. I admire how you seem not to be too hard on yourself (something I am trying to learn) and take time for youself (a pedicure, or time with your sister for example). I think it is the not being hard on yourself that makes it work. And look how happy your kids are? And how many of your charity necklaces you have sold... Seems to be working out!

I don't know about you, but I tend to be the kind of person that thrives on busy-ness...well, maybe not too crazy, but life seems boring if I'm not running around like a chicken with my head cut off! Although I'm thinking a pedicure would be nice right now...
